WHEN WE ARE 100

Last year, I did this with the kids, but it was utter chaos. I did not plan well- lesson learned!

This year, I put a few kids to work (although they thought they were lucky because they got to miss gym and help me prep). Yes!
All I did was trace the ovals and shirts/dresses (?) and wrote out the name cards. The kids cut them out and started glueing.

Last week I had the kids pick out their own color of paper for their skin, rip it to shreds and save it in a baggie in their cubby.

It was a piece of cake doing this today and I even was able to get it all hung up, just in time for our 100th day on Friday. Whoop whoop!

How cute, right!?
I just love the 100th day of school!
Now I need to do some 100 day snack prep. . . I'll keep you posted.

By the way, I will DEFINITELY be a part of the TPT SUPER SALE this Sunday, February 3rd. Just use the code: SUPER, to receive 28% off of everything in my store!

Also, my friend, Khrys is having a SPECTACULAR 100 Follower Giveaway! Click on the button and enter, asap!

  2. I have done that so many times......learned from my mistakes when it comes to certain lessons. I also make a note of it in that unit's binder so I don't forget for the next year. Those 100 year olds are adorable! :)

  3. I love this! What a good idea to have them tear the paper ahead of time. That is definitely going to be my morning work one day next week.
